We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Broderick and Susan Pavier, the owners of Goldenway Amusements, are second generation showmen and have over 40 years of experience in the industry.

All of our amusements and food outlets are supplied with fully trained staff, who have completed "Hazard and Risk Control" procedures covering all of our equipment. They are instructed on how all our equipment operates, so they are fully trained and clearly aware of all safety issues.

We can cater to corporate events. Goldenway Amusements can no only be hired out but can work on a percentage basis.

We have an impeccable safety record. All of our amusement rides comply with the AS3533.2-1997 standard, and are rigorously maintained, inspected and cleaned. We carry a $20 million public liability insurance policy, and a Work Cover policy for all our employees.

We arrive on-site to set up early, with all of our equipment cleaned, stocked and ready to use, this allows us to be ready to operate, when you open your gates. Goldenway Amusements can provide our own electricity needs when there are no power sources available.

All of our food outlets comply fully with all relevant council regulations, and all of our staff are trained in "Safe Food Handling" practises.

All of our staff are uniformed in collared shirts and caps. Catering staff are also uniformed in an apron. At the start of each day every staff member is allocated a fresh, clean uniform, and we keep spare uniforms on hand, should they be required, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the uniforms throughout the day.

Our Goldenway Amusements staff are friendly, smile and are courtesy to all customers, and have undergone background checks to ensure that they are able to work around children.
